Engine 1 Property Services is a locally owned, one man exterior cleaning company serving the DFW area, owned and operated by a full time firefighter paramedic. I bring the same professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail expected in the fire service to every home I work on. All services are performed by me with no subcontractors and no shortcuts, using proper techniques to protect your property and deliver consistent, reliable results.

Residential Exterior Wash

• Exterior walls & siding - $0.15 per square foot of living space

• Fences - $1 per linear foot of fencing

• Driveways/Patios - $0.25 per square foot

• Trash cans - $30 per can

Prices can change due to accessibility, buildup amount, or other issues.

Minimum showing fee is 150$.
